FOOD AND FARMING CHOICES FOR HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT
Speaker: Lawrence Woodward OBE
Speaker: Lawrence Woodward OBE
|
Lawrence Woodward OBE takes a holistic view of food, farming and the way we live in general. He considers why our food and farming practices aren't sustainable from the "Just in Time" supply model to soil erosion and depleted (soon to run out) resources. Really interesting talk which brings in a wide variety of factors we often don't consider to show us the solutions we need to get to, to ensure what we consume is healthy for both us and the environment.
