Lots more to do and see . . . no wonder you need to plan to be at GreenFest all day!
A big, big thank you to all the speakers, forest school leaders, volunteers, and the many, many people who are giving up their time and energy to make GreenFest THE place to be. We still need more volunteers so if you could give an hour or two of your day to help, please get in touch.
Food and Drink
We have some exciting food and drink providers joining us, catering for all tastes. BYO plates, cutlery etc. and earn yourself some sustainability brownie points (and possibly discounts!).
GreenFest is an opportunity to have a clear out of all those things you no longer need but could benefit someone else. We will have tie bins, bra bins, lego bins, jewellery bins . . . and much more. Have a look on our Waste Not Want Not page for more details.
This year GreenFest is hosting not one but two panel discussions. We've gathered experts from a broad range of disciplines to help us 'join the dots' and better understand what positive action looks like.
In addition to the panel discussions we have a great talks line up so do take a look at this too. More information
FREE Bike Checks
Due to its popularity at last GreenFest we are offering TWO bike check service companies - Meadvale Bay and Southern Cycle Services who will be doing free bike checks all day by the Village Hall. More information
Located in the Shop Orchard, qualified forest school leaders, bushcrafters and nature experts will lead a great programme of educational sessions for children and adults alike.
Bringing your own crockery and cutlery saves disposables so is kinder to our planet. And some food and drink providers offer a discount for bring-your-own.
Water refill stations available.
Get creative with Ecobricks
A first, we think, for the UK.
Lucie will be bringing ecobrick modules which can be used like Lego to make different 3D-shapes.
Whatever your age, come and play! More information
