SUSTAINABLE LIVING EVENT
MAKE A CHANGE
No matter where you are on your path to living more sustainably, there's always another step we can take. Often, our busy lives don't leave us with the time or headspace to properly consider even the easiest of changes we could make.
GreenFest has been organised BY local communities, FOR local communities, to bring you a wealth of green ideas and solutions in one location, FROM your local community. With educational talks and workshops, stalls, major solutions providers, children's activities and music, this event promises to be a fun and educational day out with plenty to keep everyone busy, whatever your age. Join us at GreenFest and we can take the next steps together. |
TALKS
Our talks will both educate and inspire. From community growing projects to a balanced climate diet, take a look at our schedule.
|
WORKSHOPS
These educational workshops will not only help you do your bit for the planet, but may even help you save some pennies too.
|
IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS
From bees wraps to renewable energy installers, you'll be presented with a whole host of ideas to make a change, be it big or small.
|
KIDS
We've put together a programme of talks, workshops activities and games that will engage all kids, from toddlers to teens.
|
|
All cyclists will be offered a free bike check and tune-up by Meadvale-Bays Bicycle Services.
(Offer subject to available time slots.) |

I am delighted to endorse this great local initiative, helping West Berkshire towards more sustainable living, and I congratulate the team at Hampstead Norreys for their vision and energy. It’s brilliant to see the whole community coming together with neighbouring parishes, schools, businesses and residents all joining in and shows how important this is to so many people. The programme of events planned in the five venues across Hampstead Norreys seems to expand every week and I hope that as many people as possible will take advantage of this opportunity and come along. This is great for our local community and great for West Berkshire, and I very much look forward to attending on September 7th.
